Trust Your Gut, Inc
Supporting Generation Z, from their cells to their souls
Moms and Dads, I sit with you in the heartbreak. Big, big hugs.
And I know how difficult it is to find the thing (there has got to be SOMEthing!) that is going to switch the light back on within your child. I see you trying all the things, working SO hard, to give your child what they need to thrive.
I appreciate you.
Thank you for trying all the things. They are SO worthy of all the things.
“I needed help mentally. I was struggling with self-harm issues. I feel a lot better now, actually safer. And I love the compassion the place gives.”

“I recommend her services to anyone who has seen the sparkle in their child/teenagers eye begin to fade due to life’s daily struggles. Many blessings to this woman…my daughter is strong, she is brave, she is beautiful, and she knows it and feels it all from Trust Your Gut, Inc.”
“I especially love that my child looks forward to her time with Kelly and that she frequently tells me how much it helps her deal with her anxiety and depression. To find an adult that your teenager has a strong, healthy connection with is a major win in my eyes.”
I have created a safe space for your child to be in their light. Your child will begin their journey with me with this proposal: what they need to feel good is already within them.

Welcome to Big Red!
The Walnut Hill Wellness Center is the central hub for connection. A place where kids can find their rhythm, teens learn to love themselves and parents realign with their intuition.
Let’s talk. Trust Your Gut, Inc is currently welcoming members for the My Heart Academy, My Strong Self, and KISS Me! empowerment programs. Consider them the 101 Feel the Love Within coursework that our teens are dying to learn.
